Ok. But it's like - can be done manually.
- Just add the Russian language (but not the entire interface translation, just one keyboard layout) in your OS. Temporary, it's easy to delete it after things gonna be done. Any OS allow that. If in "windows OS" - that "Language preferences" can be found in the right bottom corner, in tray area, left from the clock.
- Then, even if you have no hardware keyboard with Russian (or any other language) letters on the keys - you don't have to buy or install anything, 'cuz there is a default OS tool, just go: Start button - All Programs - Windows Easy to Access - On-Screen Keyboard. And changing language layout (ctrl+shift or alf+shift pressed once, or by clicking on the language settings icon in tray area) will make to change language letters on that software keyboard.

And actually nobody bothered directly you with that question: it was asked in public, and those who wanted to help - did help, so it shouldn't bother you after the question have found its answers. He definitely knows that it was not about the game, because in the message were direct instructions about Windows OS paths and settings. But, probably, i guess because of a kind of altered state of consciousness or something - he play along like a bad guy saying things just for saying it, like it was a joke or something. I hope in sober condition he will be talking with respect and sense in his words. We must give him a chance to sleep well and return with an apology, curtsy, shuffling his leg and dancing with delight to be able to say meaningful things again.
If you ask me - if i had a chance - i'd go travel to the past and warn myself like "hi, i am you from future, no time to explan, remember one thing - do not dare to play FB further than the middle of ep3, because ep4 will give you bad mood and disapointment for long time of waiting for nothing, linear boring fuckfest with every previosly desirable and possible routes castrated to tiny scenes or cut out to zero content at all. And if you never wanted such things in porn games like huge-time-waste for... boxing match, which is even not a porn content - then you must be ready to have all what you didn't ask for; and ready to accept that you will not going to see everything you fantasied about during playing till ep3 or so."
