Monica and Melanie will have joint lewd scenes (both in the main storyline Office/Photo Shoots and in Victoria's storyline (and not only there)), but their relationship is not lesbian in nature, as is the case with Julia`s storyline, for example.

Unfortunately, the FAQ is now bursting at the seams and is so poorly worded and confusing in many places that I and others only look at it when there are any problems. And in 95% of all cases, the "problem" is simply that certain storylines don't continue until the next part; the cut just wasn't made properly. I would like to see the in-game guide say "continued in part 2, 3, etc." at the appropriate points. But, well... The developer is a pretty good storyteller and always has good ideas for giving Monica the most incredible adventures. But technically, he's unfortunately only mediocre, which is especially noticeable in the almost always awkward cuts between the parts. If he would show a little more creativity and above all care and attention to detail here, there would be no need for the FAQ at all. Unfortunately, here you notice the sloppiness that is so typical of Russians: at the core, they do fantastic work and display a creativity that is unparalleled, but at the end, in the fine-tuning that rounds off and perfects the rough, good work, they are sloppy. (I have nothing personally against these people)
The game is great, and I'll stick to that opinion: it is an uncut gemstone that I have no regrets about discovering. But it also has its weaknesses.

(Because Bardie neither knows any boundaries nor inhibitions. If he were more experienced now, he would be even worse.).
His snooping around in her room is not shown. But when Monica "visits" Bardie at some point in episode 2 she caught him wanking on her Magazine which he took from her room without asking, and as far as i remember she also shouts out something like "Thats my magazine!" or something.
I don´t remember the magazines name, but it is seen in this scene. But i believe it is indead "Fashion Business".

Monica was born in an East-Europe country. (Most people don´t have much money in these countrys).
Later life:
With the funds of her husband, Monica became the CEO of her founded fashion magazine which become very famous and profitable.
So, her husband gave her the money, but she build the magazine up with the money.
So at least building up the magazine is her credit.

Indeed, Monica was smart enough to use that "initial capital" to create a very profitable magazine that became famous throughout the country. I suppose her super-modeling past also helped her in this...and her insider knowledge of the modeling business was very useful to her in creating the "Fashion Magazine".
