The update will definitely not be released tonight, because this evening I'll recieve the last 100 lines of translation. Beta testing didn't start, too. So, it will be most likely Tuesday.

i think you clicked open with chrome
you can reset it in settings
in advanced goto downloads click clear
where the blue highlight are
Open certain file types automatically after downloading
