I've seen some bangin' 3 second clips and dog shit 5 minute clips. So yes, I like the video that happens to be 7 minutes more than the other videos.

Am I just uneducated or blind, but on my small monitor I do not see difference between 15,000 Bitrate and 80,000 but file size increase is huge are those high bitrates made for home theater?
Bitrate is basically like the image quality of the video per second so a higher bitrate results in a higher quality image. Whether or not you notice it can potentially rely on your monitor but if you also sit far enough away (or perhaps don't have a monitor that outputs at whatever the resolution the video was encoded at), you get diminishing returns so if you don't see a benefit, save the space and get the normal one.
