Someone asked earlier, but what is the use of the "password for the cuckolding report"? Is it a password for some separate archive? You unlock it after getting all the endings.
Also, this was a lovely game. NTR is at its best when A) don't have heroine view. B) it is avoidable, C) avoiding it is hard enough that genuinely trying may lead to failure on the first go. It ticks all the boxes, plus bonus imouto NTR! Very nice. Need more games like this, Nebel Geisterjäger, Leane of Legitimate Crown or the Kegani Laboratory games, where I can really get into the role of tryna protect the girl, seeing the signs of things approaching a point of no return, and losing it by my own gameplay fault.
I paid the debt off one day late on my first try, which was excruciating (in a good way.) I actually could have won if I just sold my equipment back, but it didn't cross my mind, and I thought I'd have more time. Was wrong. And I'm glad I was. Nothin' better than getting jumpscared by "status: non-virgin"
My main complaint overall is that some of the gameplay is rather tedious. Hiding skills around the huge, yet useless school map at night is dull and not worth it, and it's also a bit annoying trudging up to floor 9 while avoiding enemies over and over to earn the money. I also would have liked some more hints of NTR aside from a few dialogue scenes and the H-status screen, like noises, peeks, subtle changes to the standing art, etc.. Still, this does things better than the vast majority of NTR games. I appreciate it. One other thing that I think would have elevated it is if there was some parallel NTR juggling with the sister, instead of all her scenes being crammed at the end. Trying to prioritize both and seeing them both get corrupted as my resources are spread thin would have been neat.

Don't buy unnecessary items (no 40k sword, no mana up potions). At the very least, you can sell bought equipment back.
If I recall correctly, the password is for a separate "cuckold report" (特典)XXの寝取られ報告) that came with the DLsite version, which are voice recordings of the heroines telling you the story after the cuckhold ending. It was a zipped file and you needed the password to unlock it, which is obtained after clearing the game.
Given it was a whole seprate file, I am guessing it is not included in the Steam version, so the password is likely obsolete unless the devs hid it in game somewhere (doubtful).
What's the significance of sister quest? Fighting that big tree? Selling that mat or letting her keep it matters?

Not really. Outside of the flavor quest of being implied that the sister really admires her brother for his kindness, there wasn't any specific long term benefit that I found.
Even if you do let her keep the mat she will still be stolen if MC fails to repay the debt and behaves like an arrogant slut with the MC in the humiliation ending.
I had actually hoped that this choice would have a deeper impact to at least avoid loosing your sister but, it turns out, it's just a design to let the player make a last minute quick buck to reach the 100k goal. Not exactly something worth overthinking about.
