Maybe I am missing something here but why is there a female protagonist tag? Far as I seen there is no female protagonist unless it happens farther into the game than I have gotten.

Thanks. This game maybe its not a "porn game", but look interesting. My only problem its that "hardcore shit" about cant save the game hardly ever.

We REALLY need some kind of guide for this game. All I've learned so far is that entering the dungeon through the side door is a much easier route, and it helps to cut off enemy weapon arms before going for the kill.

Normal. The game is stupidly hard as is, expect MANY deaths if you're going in blind, and even when experienced you can be screwed by RNG. Someone linked a cheat menu for getting 99 save books, I'd highly recommend using that and saving when you get a good roll. You can try for the "authentic" experience since there's a lot of lore that's gotten from randomly generated books and it makes you appreciate the game in some ways, but the save books can help reduce the RNG by save-scumming.
Edit: Also the guy saying wolves tore him apart probably ignored the multiple warnings the game gives you at the intro that you can hear dogs barking and then that they're getting close, you have to enter relatively quickly, though there's plenty of time to search the boxes in that intro bit.
If you turn on debug mode you can actually return lost limbs. There's a set of switches pretty early on in the debug menu named "Mercenary Arm1" or "Moonlight Leg2", just kind of a "Character Limb#" set up. Flip that switch back and you can get the limb back. Instant kills are still out there, but a lot of them seem to depend on how high your defense and health are. Like the guards in the beginning can one shot you, but with decent armor you'll wake up in a pile of corpses with your legs chopped off. Which isn't necessarily a problem with debug on.
All that being said, this game is hardcore as shit. I'm not so great with cheat engine, especially on rpgmaker mv, so I have to get a small handful of an item before I ever manage to do the code search for it right. If I could get infinite of the manual save anywhere consumable book, I'm pretty sure I (or anyone really) could beat this damn thing.
I wouldn't play it for porn, personally, but it's a pretty decently fun game in it's own right. Dark as fuck though.
Edit: Well shit, apparently someone already dropped a great cheattable that covers all this anyways and I'm just a fucking idiot.

Really reminds Berserk, bit of Shadow Colossus/Ico/Angel Egg. This "no hope" atmosphere it's a rare sensation.
The only thing annoying here is the camouflage time-clock, the food system. I compreend the good aspects this give like the feeling of haste and of more weight in decisions, but man... Im not sure but even reading books you need put speed cause hungry.

Performing the "Make Love" ritual at prayer circles will combine you with another willing character, creating a new stronger character that's a meld of the two with all their limbs intact. You can get willing partners by either having someone in your party long enough to build affection or using they sylvan spell that creates "demon child" from corpses. I think you might also be able to use ghouls from necromancy, if you're the dark priest.
Edit: Make sure to remove everyone's equipment first, or it'll be lost. Also you'll lose the second character no matter what, but despite the changed appearance you'll still effectively be the same character with the first character (with higher stats).

kind of sucks that, THAT is the only way to restore limbs. I thought there would be a healing spell or potion or something. but thanks man. I understand that the game is SUPPOSED to be extremely punishing but come on! its too easy to lose a limb. Especially against the prison guards and the lizard man
