Honestly, this is why you don't attempt to create the next "skyrim" or any large scale open-world RPG as a single developer/small team. It's been 6 years, and yet while I have a lot of respect for the number of mechanics that actually work and the effort that they clearly put in, the world still feels empty.
A lot of NPCs just have sex animation with placeholder dialog, animals don't even have moving animations and just slide around the terrain, most zones outside the city are just barren and effectively useless.
Again, massive respect for actually improving the game step by step during all these years. I was shocked that they actually implemented NPC aggro and steal mechanics, even if they are basically a copy&paste from skyrim. I haven't done much combat, but the basics seem to be there too. The sex animations are actually pretty nice, even though I'm not exactly a fan of the models.
It's also unfortunate that they decided to go with UE as their engine, I don't think I've seen any UE open-world game not struggle with performance.
