His characterisation (if you can even call it that) is laughable in general, it's not just Bangkok. The interactions with Max are just as bad, with him throwing Swedish words here and there before moving to perfect English and then doing it again.

It's like he thought "How do I communicate that this person is from X country? Oh, I know, I'll make them talk in a ridiculous manner nobody does! That should get the point across"
It's kinda funny because some Swedes do talk like that.

Source: Me. I'm Swedish.

This game started development before I went to university; I've graduated with a degree and the prologue is now finished.
Hate to break it to you, but only one of the latter two assertions is actually correct.

I'm not, so I don't talk exactly like that. I do, however, occasionally toss words from my native language in when talking English, or (more frequently, actually) vice versa. And I'm not even the only one in my family; heck, we'd have up to quadruple-lingual conversations if anyone else actually understood when my sister-in-law speaks Danish.

While I'm not Swedish either, I too don't have English as my native language. However, I'd never mix in words from my native language to someone that doesn't speak the other as well -- it wouldn't make sense to them, so I'm not sure what the purpose would be. Perhaps the occasional word, such as an expression or term of endearment.

This post is parody, right? No one would really come to a pirated porn site and complain about people who "do not want any responsibility at all and just yearn for the easy n [sic] quick dopamine rush" and that "society is rotted with filth," right? No one could be so un-self-aware that they'd seriously think like this here, of all places, right?

Right?
Same story with everyone and everything, I suppose. We love to make exceptions for ourselves in our heads.

"Your consumption is puerile and pointless. My consumption is sophisticated and well-thought out. Your guilty pleasure is degenerate and sickening. My guilty pleasure is like a fine wine in a hidden cabinet."

Christ, it really is funny, isn't it? Xi, fire the missiles-I can't take it anymore.

Well this Bangkok update is boring :KEK:

Fun part is that it being small cut out section (again) means that it doesn't rely on any previous choices from "birth to uni". And that the only meaningful choices is CC and its boob size and kink choice (exhibitionist, masochistic, submissive).
Yeah, Crush can make those choices matter when we get to the real story part and not prologue part (this is apparently still is a prologue?) but that seems like something that wont ever happen.

Crush was a manager in some office with a fun idea.
I think this is actually the nub of the issue.

He had a fun idea. That is, he had the premise for a game. But, like many people with a cool idea, he doesn't seem to have any more than that.

The fact that Crush appears to be completely unfamiliar with Thai culture (and even geography) four years into making a game allegedly set in Bangkok speaks volumes to me about the absurdly slow progress of this project. I suspect that if someone were to put a gun to his head (dear mods: this is a metaphor, I am in no way advocating that anyone actually do this) and demand to know how the story ends, he'd have to make something up on the spot.

Our fantasies don't need ends. Stories do, which trips a lot of people up when they try to turn their fantasy into a story.

So many people having a big ol' boner with trashing creators projects and rythm and throwing the "scam" argument left right and center...
How about, if you hate it so much, you start making your own game and wait for other to do that to you, hm ?
So are you the girlfriend, one of the simps he's paying to go around complimenting his 'game', or maybe a family member? Must be paying you a lot to look like a clown.

Intelligent people only trash developers who milk their projects, and until Crushstation actually gives a reasonable lie about why the process has been so slow, then it deserves to be called a scam. Female Agent has been in development for, what, five years? Let's put that in perspective. I've gotten my doctorate in the time this game's been in development and I'll probably have my PhD by the time there's any measurable content. That's 1,825 days. Approximately $354,000 over five years without looking at the actual numbers. And what content is there to show for it? Nothing meaningful. That's about as scammy as college textbooks.

It'd be one thing if he was still working daily and had a family to support, but the guy is making enough to pay three months rent in a NY apartment every month. That's more than enough to take significant time off work (or quit entirely, depending on how secure your savings are) and focus on what people are paying you to develop. But instead, he removes a bunch of crap, and in the best case adds a paragraph or two. So, before telling others what they should do, you should probably look at what you're defending.

He did announce he'd quit his day job (funnily enough, he was a project manager) to work full time on FA, almost 2 years ago if my memory doesn't betray me.

Also I'll just say it before another simp mentions it: Yes, he doesn't make the number shown in Patreon. Yes, there are Patreon fees, bank fees, taxes. Yes, we know all of that. Even if he only got half of what's shown, it's still a really nice salary to live pretty much anywhere in the world.

The problem are, he constantly make thing than remove it. The old avatar system was ok, why changing it? Why fix what is not broken? The school and university, even the childhood... He work on it for month.... Then scrap everything.

The game use to have brainwashing and extensive prerogative mission... Not anymore...

It's like Anthem all over again!

I think he wrote this very thoughtful post from a new Alienware laptop using a gigabit internet while relaxing in a jacuzzi drinking Chateau Lafite in his newly bought condo. So simps living in a thirld world country using ultra shitty and expensive internet with a tiny quota should be grateful to their generous master! You all are too spoiled, how dare you think that you have right to play a game offline in this modern age of internet, now start worshiping you old-fashioned losers!

I asked about it couple of pages ago but apparently bitching/whining about Crush is the only thing people do here nowadays x)
Which are technically related issues. Trust in Crush diminishes --> Fewer members contribute dosh to Patreon --> Nobody has access to paid version of content.

Can someone please share the paid version where we can choose L Bra size l!!!
Let me help you out... You don't need the paid version for that.

Load the game, press F12 to open up the console for your browser. This works for chrome and Firefox.

Copy and paste this into it... SugarCube.State.active.variables.thisIsTheFreeEdition=false

The game now thinks it's the paid version. From that point and after, If you restart, you will need to do that again before the character generator. Have fun =)

Edit: This also can be used to modify veraibles in most HTML games, just use -> SugarCube.State.active.variables. and it will list the games known veriables that you can tinker with. Like you can SugarCube.State.active.variables.kate.brasize="large" to change the bra size to large manually.
