I'm pledged to Crushtation on Patreon, and I can get why people are upset about the lack of new content, but from what I've read in the dev updates and from what I've gleaned in talking to the guy, there's a lot of work going on now that's setting the foundations for the rest of the game. Right now Crush is focused on making sure the systems for various aspects of the game are well thought out and implemented, that way he's not stuck using a sub optimal system later on.

I know it's rough, and that we all want more from this game, but please try to be a little patient.

You are delusional if you actually think this is true.

It would be very helpful if what changed to the old version were rated instead of just complaining.
An honest assessment of whether the new or changed content has given you a better game would be useful comments so Crush and the team know if their efforts are on the right track.
But with 37 contributions, only 3 of them rate the changes. All the others just gripe.

I like the new sex system but the big question is: how much work is it to write a scene with this new system. The big goal of adding this new system with the last few updates was to build a fundament that will make interesting scenes in a decent time. If this goal is really achieved than why did he only added the Dubai scene with the new system? why not all sex scenes? I am afraid that every new sex scene will need a lot of time

As someone who never gave a penny to this game, I think that if he plans on going to Bangkok on the next update, 1.6 should be the last free update. This "prologue" is pretty long and detailed, and the ending where the player is finally going to Bangkok is the perfect cliffhanger to get people wanting more. This would be the perfect Demo.
None of these updates are free, my understanding is the dev gets feedback here but all links are leaked not provided by them.

6 month gap between updates and the changes are barely any content... sure what was added may help for future updates and making it faster to implement scenes but that’s been said for the past three years... not hard to understand why so many people are upset.

New update is cool.

New update isn't "waiting 6 months for this" cool. One could argue the efforts are not on the right track. Like we've been saying before. For over 6 months :p

Now, I'll look at it on the positive side: Crush has reworked systems over and over, because "I need this set first so I can actually write Bangkok". With this last update, I would imagine it's the last rework he'll have to do (Spoilers: It won't be). In other words, he's running out of excuses.

He works like I worked in my Primary school. Perfectionist and all and went no where near finishing anything. Always on deadline date.

Thank your for supporting the creator!

I hope you're right; I want this game to succeed. But by now, I have my doubts.

I know this is probably piling on. And I don't want to since I really do like what I've seen of the game so far.

But...at the rate that this game is being developed, my agent might be retirement age before she even goes on her first mission. ;)

Really hope the Bangkok mission is right around the corner. And that corner isn't 1000 miles away. ;)

At this point in time I reckon Crushstation is just milking Patreon. 6 months for an update that adds one scene and a few QoL changes. Come on dude, the games been in development for 3 years. Don't get me wrong, the games well written, and plays very nicely; but the lack of content is going to kill interest in the game.

Can someone explain to me what's the point of bitching about the development progress here?

If you like it, stick with it. If you don't... Don't! I hope (!) no one's forcing anyone to keep paying the Patreon fees to Crush, so it shouldn't be an issue.
