For 6 straight years? So by this logic when the time of the game realease comes FA will literally be the Suma Cum Laude of the gaming industry, the GTA VII of porn.

FA will be that Golden Ratio Greeks didn't even came close by, the Fibonachi of Porn. 6 years of ongoing continous perfectionism... we are not ready for what's to come.
As ridiculous as it sounds, that's his ambition. His ambition will never be realized, of course.

I was so happy to be able to play this game again, and then I reached the end and realized that after all these years, I see very little difference from the previous versions (just a few newer images). It was a really disappointing, much too short, playable spoiler. But it does give me a glimpse of the fact that the game will be completely finished around the year 2099, assuming the developer doesn't get sick.

What he put out is exactly what he's been saying he'd put out for months now: a shortcut of the new lifepath. He wasn't going to release this -- he wanted to wait until the whole thing was ready -- but the uproar was too big to ignore so he put this out. He never once said this release would be the full lifepath or have new content, so being shocked -- shocked! -- that it doesn't is disingenuous.

Go ahead and be disappointed by it, if you are (I am), but don't pretend he did a bait-and-switch or broke a promise. This is exactly what he's been saying it would be.

Months is an exaggeration, its been a few weeks at best, but yeah he did give plenty of warning this wasnt going to be a true release and anyone following this thread should know it because we've been mocking his posts endlessly. It's entirely fair to be disappointed in... whatever the fuck this is. It sure as shit isn't a game, isn't "hot", and isn't worth the electrons it takes to download it.

And here we are two years later... so, I ran the two files through chatGPT to get a better analysis than I can do with my non-coding brain. what did it find?

estimated number of lines changed - 82.5k
added - 19k
removed - 49k

function count remained the same, suggesting core gameplay logic and API is unchanged.

Practical assessment of time that went into this (most generous offer): 3-8 weeks of developer time which accounts for the refactor and addition of some UI improvements and new 'levels/behaviors'. Somehwere around 120-480 hours of work.

So. 101 weeks between versions and ~8 weeks of developer work. Yep. Should definitely be receiving Patronage.

Again, this is not the full thing he's been working on for the past two years. This is, in fact, a way to avoid what he's been working on for two years, because people were demanding he put out something and this was all that he felt could be made ready in a short timeline. The other thing is still coming, or so he says (personally I don't think we'll ever see it). There's plenty to complain about with Crush, but lets at least complain about reality.

Have you tried the mini-demo that was recently released?

I think a lot of people confuse it with the Lifepath™, but it's not the same thing. When you start the game, the lifepath is still locked and the only option is to skip the youth section and go straight to the main story.

I've noticed quite a few improvements, but it's very short and some basic features, such as piercings and hairstyles, aren't available yet.

Ok, I just checked the code myself and Jesus Fucking Christ, stuff from the old version is still there! And I mean the old OLD version, before the first reboot, I would say he has some cleaning of his code to do but he is already late as it is.

That said I noticed something else, while the new lifepath isn't there, probably not merged yet, the new stuff he was working on for Malasia IS, that stuff he said he wanted to share with the Quick Start since there wasn't anything particularly sexy about the debriefing but got writers block and decided to just show the intro, it's all there, just not accesible.

He was rather far into it, even testing one of the new system he was talking about on the foreplay, the only thing that was left was the actual sex scene, which seems it's where he was blocked.
