I've tried it. Not really a simulator, all video playback with different camera angles and a bit point and click adventure stuff. The dialogues and overall presentation is actually pretty entertaining and a bit parody like.

Honestly, wish there were a lot more Virt-A-Mate games; does so much better by default than DAZ or HS(2) do. (Not that there aren't some HS1/HS2 games that have great art)

It's a big game because theres a lot of video, audio, and rather high def images. Lots of idle movement.
Personally I grew bored of the game. Too long between interesting moments for me.
