A trans woman is not a fantasy, but a real woman, assigned male at birth but who transitioned to female (and may not even have a penis anymore). So no, a trans woman not a man, it's right there in the name: trans woman/girl.
Well there will always be different opinions about that, as a woman I only consider transsexuals who have completely transitioned (no penis) or at least have the intention to do it, as real women. But well as long as they don't hurt anyone, everyone can do what they want.
