There is one special order scene currently (Handjob) but customers don't take you up on your offer all the time. You have to keep the combo going and press the button everytime it comes up until eventually one of them accepts (usually the third or fourth customer in a row of attempts).

Same reason many porn games have women as the protagonist, it's easier to write a story where a woman, or in this case a femboy, gets to fuck a lot of guys than it is to write a story where a guy fucks a lot of girls, at least a good one.
