Erotically speaking, very sexy. The writing needs some work though, for the English I mean, sometimes sentences are chained together without some clear logic between them. But at least what is said is relevant to the plot, serves the action and doesn't last forever, which couldn't be said from many EVN out there. Never felt the need skip any of this game's dialogues, which is good.

Indeed, when one that's identified male at birth identifies as a woman, it's not gay anymore. Thus, assuming both identify as a woman (seems like it), means that the scene between Jade and Mila is a lesbian scene. For Scarlett it seems pretty clear already she identifies as a woman (note that she's also addressed as she/her by the announcer (menu)). So the scene with MC, also not gay.

(Btw, (perhaps it's helpful), Alternative Shemevolution [LittleMed] [VN][Ren'Py] is an example of a game that features (more) typical femboys (next to cis women and a trans/futa FMC))
They are still men, and it is gay sex if two men are having sex, no matter their looks. We can obviously pretend and that is what people use to cope with being attracted to such things. If that fantasy works for you then I say good, it is your sexual life after all, I am happy for you, also games are fantasy, the characters are almost always hyper sexualised versions, so femboys are quite often pictured as incredibly feminine looking with tiny dicks and no to little boobs, but they are still boys, thats why it is femboy.
I am myself a very feminine boy (adult) on hrt for quite some time but my mental state is great and I understand that I will never be a real woman. But I also understand that some people in similar position to mine are in really bad mental health state due to multiple reasons and their surroundings, so they need to cope with such situation in their own way.

Is there gonna be futadom on the mc, can we make him submissive? Is femdom gonna be a thing in this game or it's just referring to the dominant futas/femboys? Can you let us choose something other than mommy (the worst IMO) for submissive scenes, like mistress, goddess or princess?
