So, others have already mentioned the mechanics needing work, the need to remove the button mashing, and the fact that the game keeps going even after you hit zero health and can't perform any actions. These are all valid points, but I've got my own comment:

Could we maybe tone down the actual game difficulty? Even on the first wave, it's incredibly difficult to get through without being caught, and if you get caught once by the enemies present in the first wave, the character loses either their oral or anal virginity *instantly*. As someone mentioned above, it'd be better to have a gradual loss system - perhaps a struggle (sans button mashing preferably) where failure during the struggle triggers the sex act, or to go even simpler, maybe the character just loses a piece of clothing each time they're caught, and once they've lost everything, the next capture is a trigger. In the latter example, perhaps the clothing can be restored by buying simple and extremely cheap items from the shop that provide no benefits beyond delaying a proper capture by the enemies.

On another note, the difficulty of the game has one glaring flaw: the more you do get captured by the enemies, the harder it becomes to avoid capture in the future. This is extremely punishing for someone picking it up for the first time, and frankly just encourages the player to give up on gameplay entirely and sit back to watch the sex - why bother trying to do anything when your character is going to stop running every 5 seconds to masturbate, and every time you get caught the game refuses to even let you try to struggle?

The gradual but certain loss of player agency due to failures that become harder and harder to avoid the more of them occur makes it extremely difficult to care about the gameplay in the game's current state. I would recommend at least creating an option where the player can actively work to satisfy their captor, so that there's something the player can do when the game's no longer allowing them to struggle or even run from enemies. The game already had lewd stats you can put points into, but currently they don't have any tangible impact on gameplay, unlike the combat stats.

The lewd stuff is good, but at present, that's the only reason this game is remotely enjoyable to play.

TL;DR:

The gameplay is extremely difficult at present, and every time you fail it gets harder not to fail, because the game starts to take away player agency. That's just bad game design, period.

Fun little game already in its early stages. A few minor issues here and there but nothing big and compared to some other "early stages" games already a lot of content.
Biggest problems I found is that at a certain point the base weapon just stopped working not sure why tho.

Biggest problems I found is that at a certain point the base weapon just stopped working not sure why tho.
You most likely got hit by the rope that the blond futa throws (or got raped by her, the result is the same) because that replaces the bow in your hands with a rope, and sometimes after you press the button to untie yourself, the bow stays unequipped so you can't shoot until you manually re-equip the bow in the inventory.
