Last Patreon post was on the 21st of May posting some teasers of upcoming content. The only thing I can read (as i'm not a supporter atm) is "FemCity police station, gym, new thicc futa character and watersports with Hanako".
It took from the 5th of February until 25th of April to go from 0.2 to 0.3. With 2nd of May the release of 0.3.1. So that's give or take two months and twenty days between major releases. So with 0.3 released on 25th of April, 0.4 would, if the time gap stays roughly the same (and not taking 0.3.1 in account) release around 15th of July. I'm not judging though, just guessing a release date for Patrons.
