There's no "narrative".. its fact. Its been well over a year. And i did say MEANINGFUL update regarding SOBM, which i dont really care for BTW... which is why i am in the MANTIS forum. Its ded.
Edit: I am not throwing shade on Darktoz, his games used to be some of the best in the genre. But its obvious to me at least, that his heart just isnt in it anymore. And thats kool and gang... just unfortunate.

I liked this guy's games but man some of these " creators " get full salaries on patreon without giving anything for months. I don't know why people deal with this and support them anyway. Also many conversations in game seem too rushed with newer updates like dev is just doing it to get over it.
The guy is working on blackmoore. But honestly that game sucks. Character are ugly as fck and idk what kinnda a scene there are snakes or was it leech crawling out of ur mouth. Most of them were gimp suit there arent any scene which is desent except for bellatrix and other are just whatever scenes. And it feels like you are playing outlast sex game lol but not in a good way.
is that a bug or what? my saves just didn't want to load.. i wait min, 2 min.. and it's sometimes loaded and some just black screen
blackmore game is a very fun game. And it's for Linux, which is nice.
I'd like to try "Femdom City M.A.N.T.I.S." or "Captured by Dark Elves" or "The Asylum", but unfortunately they don't run on Linux. Is there any chance , that there will be a remake on linux, or does anyone have a guide on how to run the games through "wine" or similar system.

Not looking to get caught up in this arguement, but I just looked on my PC and version 0.8.1, which I believe we're still on, was created on my hard drive on 28 Oct 2023, so it has been over a year since the last update. I'm eagerly awaiting the next installment but it's certainly not only 4 months since the last.

We were talking about both Femdom City and Shadow over Blackmore, since the dev is working on both games. My comment on Day 3 was about Shadow over Blackmore!
You clearly want to get caught up in this argument, so please read it carefully.

Running it native under Linux is quite easy, eg.: for Mantis:
* Download NW.js ("normal") from nwjs.io
* unpack to a folder of your choice
* from the game archive extract the folder "MANTIS/resources/app" incl. subfolders into the NW.js folder (the rest is the windows runtime and not needed)
* rename "app" to "www"
* create a file package.json inside the NW.js folder with the following content (all in one line):
{"name":"MANTIS","version":"1","main":"www/index.html","js-flags":"--expose-gc","window":{"title":"MANTIS","toolbar":false,"width":1680,"height":1050,"icon":"www/icon/icon.png"},"fullscreen":false}
* start ./nw from inside of the NW.js folder

He could also just run them through Steam with proton. Much quicker and easier for Linux noobs.
