I can't take lolis seriously. I get flashbacks to all different sorts of bad animes I've watched and all the memes about "she looks 12 but is actually an ancient goddess dragon making her thousands if not millions of years old". There's also the big issue of all the japanese hentai femdom which usually boils down to humiliation of the (imho) weirdest kind - most of which just don't do it for me.
And to round all this off lolis tend to look and act all cutesy which I detest when it originates from the dominant person and it happens in a serious situation (not like playnight between BF and GF).

More important than the archetype is the actual character to me. I can get off on your generic strict domme but I prefer lots of context and an actual relationship between Sub and Domme that goes beyond the D/S - a reason why D/S is happening and a hierarchy that is thrust upon these two by matter of circumstance or setting.
My prefered type is a domme that's caring both in the emotional (whether that results in an abusive or manipulative relationship doesn't matter) as well as protective sense. And I realize this may sound like Momdom would be my thing but it really isn't - MILF-y stuff isn't my thing to begin with and unless it's actual incest (and thus a deeper, more established relationship) it's not as interesting to me.

Maybe this makes the idea clearer; one of my dream scenarios for a D/S story:
Two dominant personalities clash, forced on different sides by circumstance (grey setting).
After one experiences some tragic event and is unable to cope with they eventually clash again.
The traumatized happens to become the captive of the other who discovers the first once issues and actually makes an effort to fix them (maybe even for an ulterior motive in the beginning - but it ends with them actually developing a bond).
While doing so, both realize their dynamic and grow a trust which ultimately results in the traumatized willingly submitting to the other whether out of necessity to cope with their trauma or as a result of the aid they received from the person they expected it from the least. This either forms or enhances the mutual respect and an unspoken deference of one to the other. The important part is that the sub still retains their dominant personality; active characters are simply more interesting to me.

Sounds dumb when formulated like this, but basically: Antagonists to warden and captive to Leader and second-in-command.
Kinda cheesy if I think about it but I must confess I'm a sucker for "breaking down and building up mental transformation" stories of some more extensive D/S stories.

Didn't really play much in the way of lolidom, nor do I really watch anime (I think I saw 3 or 4 series my whole life - I've played a lot more Japanese eroge VNs with femdom or femdom-adjacent content than I watched anime if I really think about it... ) so I wouldn't have the same problem with them as Innocience, but I'm usually very ambivalent towards it. As in, I can like it as much as any other femdom/lezdom game if the writing is good and the dynamic is not unexplainable/ridiculous within the game itself (it's why for example I kinda liked the dynamic of it in Ai Shield, as I found the reasons presented for the femdom of the young bratty princess to be acceptable, or why I loved getting devoured by Cassandra's daughter "Emily" in Monster Girl Quest, the original VN, as she was both pretty and a powerful monster-girl who totally had the ability to defeat and kill Luka, the main hero), but will usually dislike it otherwise.

My new-found favourite Japanese femdom VN, "Steps to love" by Msize, actually has some memory scenes where both the MC and a girl he knew were children and there is femdom content as well, but I'm not sure whether that would meet your definition of lolidom given that the girl in the memories is now a young adult and the main mistress MC can become a slave to. You can try it if you wish as it's not a very long VN and you should be able to complete at least one route in a few hours.

As I said though, I do not think I have played many lolidom-centric games myself, (definitely I do not remember any lezdom where the mistress is far younger than the sub) so which ones would you recommend?

Personally not my thing. I am not against stuff where its "legal loli" and stuff like that, but there is sometimes where they aren't even trying to even remotely pretend they are actually of age and that's super uncomfortable. I am actually old enough where I find young adult/18-23 pretty uncomfortable.

I always used the "strike zone trick" as a rule of thumb, and its worked really well actually for me keeping track of what age group I'm most attracted to (take your age, cut it in half, +7).

Those scenes are playable on the pure lesbian route but I advise you to avoid the first one as there are male sex organs involved. Jasmine, the second or third MC route also is a playable one but you should ask Sukkhon for help with blackmail instead of Eduardo. But again, Sukkhon is a pre-op trans woman, kathoey so you should avoid it if you are not into it. Both of the scenes are female domination of men.
