Honestly, after the wedding event the game dies! The best first thing to fix is the gameplay loop, then deepen the dialogue system and work out the economy. Without gameplay, just models and animations do not form a fine game, nor a fine visual novel without variety and dialogs! The game as is is a mess, and hasn’t changed much over three years of development, unfortunately!

Post wedding is a soft ending, I'll eventually add a credit screen to make it more obvious. It's really a soft way to end the story mode, and it's not really meant to be taken as a literal part 2 of the game.

I'll bite though, I'm curious too. I do this part time and I'll only, finally, be full time on the project in 2025. But as it is now, you can give it a shot and see what changed in 3 years with the demo version of itch.io (september 2021):

Please, don't take personally! Yes, I played old builds, where the girls' models were different. And since then I return to the game every six (or so) months.
By "the game hasn’t changed much" I mean the gameplay loop has remained the same as it was three years ago: money does almost nothing, favor/lust mechanics have hardly changed (and it was always bad), the choice of dialogue options is still poor and the same phrases are heard constantly and get annoying.
I'm not talking about new characters, animations, models, dresses, scenes and fetishes, that's already good. But the game must have a game-mechanical core. Reminds me a little of the project "Wild Life", where the authors first created a game, and now it's just a set of scenes and characters in a big empty open world. But "Wild Life" at least has an old playable demo, in which you can see a game design and idea. But after that, development of the game stopped.

anyone else not able to open this game on Linux? Using Linux Mint(Ubuntu) and there's literally nothing for me to open in the folder... theres just a scuffed "ex.e" file which is not executable with anything. The Windows version runs through Wine, occasionally, but crashes the moment I try and load into the game. Checked my performance and nothing is maxing out, so its not a hardware issue. The game just loads into a black screen indefinitely when I press start... never had this issue before

No worries, I won't take offense when discussing the game :)

I'm totally agree with you about those design issues. Unfortunately, knowing them and fixing them are two different stories.

Zoe is too much near completion to fix them. But I'm fully aware of those issues and I thought about a few changes that I will apply for Emily to ease those problems.

About the two game modes, the original idea comes from the game Domina, where you have a routine in place of a "game over" when you surrender to a demon girl. It's a sort of conclusion to the story where you get to see what has become of your life.
It wouldn't make sense to resume the game after the wedding, because the futur events would contradict the wedding pitch in many places. It's clear that the post-wedding is not yet satisfying enough, it's the least elaborated part of the game at the moment. My goal is improve it until it's good enough to be a fair and pleasant conclusion to one run of the game in story-mode.

One of the main points in after wedding: Zoe tells the MC he will never penetrate her again and then... he does it almost every night, even when in chastity.

Just checked and works fine for me - running Ubuntu 24, downloaded linux version from Pixeldrain - files in the folder are just the ones that supposed be there (attached screenshot), no exe or anything like that, so maybe you downloaded wrong version?
Works fine with PortProton or Wine too. screen.png

Used to back this on Patreon, but stopped when the dev started focusing on VR. Been considering whether to start backing it again, but the updates seem to be very few and far between, and seems like the dev is still focusing mostly on VR and polishing rather than adding any new content.

Haven't played the last few versions. Tried this one and I can't tell if there is any new content since I last played it.
The game has a very good premise, there is just way too little content and way too much repetition.
It's a shame really, there's barely been any meaningful new content in a long while. And what's even worse besides the dev working on a VR version for some reason. Is them also working on a completely separate game. I don't understand why devs do this. Especially when they complain about not having time etc. Why even divide more time/resources working on a completely different game without finishing this one.

There are many reasons. Keep in mind that I'm not working toward failing the project, on the contrary, I plan on keeping working on FWG for years to come.

So, let's go point by point.

There's barely been any meaningful new content in a long while:

By "meaningful", I'll use the metric "new event/new unique animations". A while is since May, so 4 months ago. It has been a while, that is correct.

The reason behind it is that the game quality is lagging behind, and I chose to improve what is there instead of rushing more content.

The dev working on a VR version for some reason

And it's played by a lot of players who enjoy it. It's actually my main source of visibility, so I make sure that the quality is there. I'm very happy with the VR version.

Is them also working on a completely separate game.

There are two main reasons for this:

- It's a creative process, I can't write a game overnight by working more hours in a row. It's important for me to work early on the second game so that I can have blanks over a couple of weeks about what to do with the characters without it impacting the roadmap too much.

- Visibility and marketing takes time to build up, so by working on Emily early, I make sure that the audience will be there in 2025. The timing is important.

In 2025 I'll be full time on FWG because I have Emily planned and well secured in term of roadmap to make sure that I can invest on the project instead of taking a new job.

If I had only Zoe, I would not commit to full time in 2025, it would be a financial suicide.

I understand the impatience. I am impatient too, I want to be finally free to create a lot more, but I have to make choices and I have to plan how to reach that goal.

I started in 2021 as part time. Early 2023, I started planning going full time thanks to having both Zoe and Emily, and now we're going to have that done in early 2025. I think securing Emily was the right call.

Add where Zoe gives Jeff a blowjob while sitting on her husband's face and then passes the cum to him through a kiss. I saw on trillo that the graphic wouldn't allow it because of the size of Jeff's dick. But what if she only sucks a little bit of his dick. I'm not a developer, but I think something can be thought of and done about this problem. Because without this event, the category isn't quite complete.

Its a huge reservoir of untapped content that could be unlocked.

Here is one version of the continuation. After the wedding, Zoya's character changes and she becomes aggressive. Well, then there are many variations of survival.

BNWO is a little too extreme, over the top and corny for my tastes. I was thinking more hotwife/cuckoldress with an interracial focus as part of the kink. And I don't wanna be one of those guys who is like "Oh the dev should impliment this feature" like I have any idea how hard it would be or how much time it would take... but in mind it would be one of those things unlocked if you purchased something like a QoS anklet in the shop, but otherwise untriggered.

I think his idea for the computer shop is great but its potential as a place where you can help choose the path is under utilized.
