For what I've seen is only obtainable if she catches him watching cuckold and cum eating porn, and those will be forced together.

So it's not linked to the MC underperforming and her cheating or similar (more interesting\hot) ways.. it's just forced with the action and the two kinks above, which is terrible in my opinion.

i had the same problem, i startet the game new and load the last auto save, after that it was fixed

I've started a new game in the previous version, and the saves from there work perfectly. I continued the game without bug on the wedding. Unfortunately I no longer have backups from older versions to test it.
