The Changelog is in the game. I post here.
Changelog v0.7.1:
- Added a show at the Meat Hole club. After going to the beach with Paulina come to the restaurant and sit down at a table. The event will begin.
- Added sex with Paulina's sugar daddy.
- Added a second show in the club.
- Violetta will be able to become a victim in the club.

7.1 is for Patrons and 7.0
Changelog v0.7:
Saves from version 0.5 are incompatible. Saves from version 0.6 work fine.
- Added automatic use of perfumes.
- Added AUTO Makeup.
- The fucking shower gel has been removed from the game. It is enough to buy razors for shaving.
- The sperm on the face now dries up not in a day, but in about an hour.
- Added cheats: "Instant cure of syphilis", "Remove sperm from face", "No need to shave", "No need to take a shower". I haven't tested it, but I'm sure everything is working fine.
- Olesya`s storyline has been continued:
1)Lesbian games
2)Olesya in Glory hole
3)You can buy new clothes for Olesya. After buying clothes, new events with Olesya will become available.
4)You can go to a nightclub with her.
5)You can offer Olesya to work as a prostitute on the highway.
6)You can arrange a meeting with Vitaly.
All the details are described in the guide on the storyline of Olesya.
- Added a couple of scenes with Sveta Sunduchkova (They appear during lesbian games with Olesya).
- Added a scene at a porn studio (Porn competition).
- Now Niko does not dismiss Violetta.

If you don't have femlife at all then you need the full download. If you have 0.6 then you can download just the 0.7 update from the Patreon page.
If you have 0.52, then you need to either update to 0.6 and then to 0.7, or you have to download the full because you can't update from 0.52 to 0.7 with the 0.7 update.

If you're having issues with the d/l, just use the Anonfile link (yes it will take longer) and just let it download in the background while you're doing other stuff. I do that while I'm playing games or watching shows when I reach my Mega limit.

They're probably referring to the free Mega which limits you to like... what, 1gb/day? Something like that anyway. =p Not everyone wants to pay for file sharing. RIP Nopy. :(

but there arent any full game download link. so maybe i have to try 5.2 to 6 to 7

Is there a compressed version for this. I tried to download 0.5.2 on anonfile and Gofile both take hours to dl then get failed - network error at the end.

Changelog is a bit behind on main page so I thought I'd put the latest one for v8.0 as well as the full changelog just so it is here handy to have;

For v8.0 it is worth noting before anyone panics, this is kind of an experimental build (as explained by dev on his patreon) basically to push out more content he had to do so without customisation and thus why a lot of features are temporarily disabled in v8.0 update.

It is still possible to experience all existing content with customisation in v7.1 but the new scenes in v8.0 can only be experienced without customisation.

Dev basically wants to see what people like and what direction to take the development.
