Blackmailing or coercing people into sexual acts can be seen as a form of rape, and rape porn is illegal in many jurisdictions, just like incest porn. Patreon can't be seen to support illegal projects or they'll have trouble with the payment processors (PayPal, Mastercard, etc.), who want to be able to work internationally without running afoul of local legislation. But can you really not have fictional story that involves blackmail really fuck me.
so the only new thing is the ending with noraThat is correct.
That's a speculation some have and it is entirely possible, however nobody knows and it could be any other number of reasons Patreon found out about it.so from what im understanding correct me if im wrong some sniveling little cry baby went crying to patreon over some content in the game dont what havent played it for a couple of updates and got it taken out
It is a question of depiction I'd say, many famous works of art (movies, books) feature incest, shota, loli, rape, blackmail, also non sexual despicable stuff like mass murder, enslavement, and so forth, and nobody objects. If this stuff is "glorified", i. .e portrayed in a positive light, it is where it becomes critical, not only (from Patreon's side) from a morally POV but also from a legal perspective, since they don't necessarily want their access blocked in some countries and thus their revenue diminished. Or lose commercial partners. And probably to be on the safe side they decided to take out that content altogether.Any sexual act that is initiated where at least one party cannot legally consent (ie mentally impaired, under duress/forced, ...) is seen as rape. Even consensual non consent falls under this.
Blackmail falls squarely under the duress/forced category and they don't care if it's only a fantasy...
On the other hand it helps to remember that Patreon does this out of fear of being banned by CC processors like visa or mastercard who've been on a "all porn is exploitation/trafficking/other bad thing" spree under influence of, mostly, religious lobbyists. It's all about the money...
The last update was the extended version, it simply isn't that far into the story yet.did they edited the game? I didnt see the part where mc fucks that teacher or the part where he notices it is lidia behind everything? did they changed all that? I didnt even see the part where my mc has sex with Lyssa and there is almost the 3 some with stacy...
I'm sorry... Normally I'm err on the side of caution, but this is just a BS excuse.Blackmailing or coercing people into sexual acts can be seen as a form of rape, and rape porn is illegal in many jurisdictions, just like incest porn. Patreon can't be seen to support illegal projects or they'll have trouble with the payment processors (PayPal, Mastercard, etc.), who want to be able to work internationally without running afoul of local legislation.
We don't know why Patreon cracked down on the game just now. It's entirely possible someone tipped off their moderation team, but the game may also just be a victim of its own success: The more successful and high profile a project becomes, the more scrutiny it risks from the mods.
This is what patches are for.
I am sorry, but you are wrong about your assumptions. Rape and incest are common story elements, but they should not be glorified in my country (Germany), so they shall not be enjoyed as such by the viewer. Rape porn is handled in the German criminal code article 184a and will get you up to three years in prison (and yes, if you look it up, that is the same article as for bestiality). Incest in porn isn't forbidden here (and in real life only between a man and a woman) but some legislations seem to even have problems with step-incest according to some disclaimers I saw on porn I watched. There is a reason you don't find them on mainstream porn sites in the western world and if you look for rape porn will mostly find Russian sites. However, unlike underage porn, it is forbidden to create, trade, or show them, but not illegal to watch them (which watching child pornography is).I'm sorry... Normally I'm err on the side of caution, but this is just a BS excuse.
When it comes to under 18/loli/pedo content, I can 100% see the point. There is not a way the optics on that looks good and a good chance that it (digital character stories containing it) might be illegal somewhere in the world.
Incest is stretching it, but sure... its kind of a strange fetish (That's mainstream on F95![]()
LMAO)
Blackmail and Coercing... erm that is normal run of the mill story telling tools. Countless mainstream movies have that tool in their toolkit. Trying to spin this is running foul of the law is just laughable. There is nothing closely illegal in a story containing blackmail or coercion in any country or state around the world.
Your assertion that incest porn is illegal... I have never heard of such a thing. Please specify some details on this. Happy to be corrected.
In terms of rape porn... The only reason I could possible see that being illegal is maybe a fear that the actress was "forced" into the "role" in movie shoots happening in unknown locations with unknown actresses. Not really a problem for digital characters.
I'm still doubtful that it's actually illegal in any substantial jurisdiction (Especially the US with Freedom of speech). A number of mainstream movies contains brutal and explicit rape scenes.
Happy to be corrected, if you can point me to info where rape porn is illegal.
Minors is a whole different kettle of fish. 100% can see why Patreon bans it.
Incest and Rape I believe has nothing to do with legal issue and is purely an optics issue.
Sorry, not picking a fight here. I 100% agree with your conclusions. There was is snitch or the game was a victim of it's own success. I just think that the reason has got nothing to do with law and everything to do with optics.
From my point of view, I can kind of see the incest POV (Don't agree, but I can see it), but this one is just stupid and hypocritical. It's a mainstream tool used in countless stories and movies.
TLDR; Nothing to do with legality and everything to do with censorship.
No offense taken. As Cartageno points out above, legislation in these areas varies massively between jurisdictions (even just among states in the US).I'm sorry... Normally I'm err on the side of caution, but this is just a BS excuse.
Laws and rules are wierd on what you are allowed to make stories on and not huh, graphical violence/torture et cetera and murder cool cool whatever but incest dont you fucking dare.Blackmailing or coercing people into sexual acts can be seen as a form of rape, and rape porn is illegal in many jurisdictions, just like incest porn. Patreon can't be seen to support illegal projects or they'll have trouble with the payment processors (PayPal, Mastercard, etc.), who want to be able to work internationally without running afoul of local legislation.

You missed the point. 0-100 at once is the issue people had with it.I guess you didn't see the NTR-embossed cock cage hanging above the mantelpiece? Or would hanging under be more accurate?![]()
Read this post and my post 3 below it.I dont get that Extended stuff tbh.
What is the difference? Why is that version so outdated?
OK - thanks for the info.2.4.6 is further in the story, it's the "normal" version.
2.2.24 is the extended version it is not as far, but has extra scenes, music, sounds, a gallery etc.
They did it that way every week.
I think you did not read carefully.I am sorry, but you are wrong about your assumptions. And blackmailed sex is rape, that is pretty universal. German criminal code asks about whether the other side wants the sex (I am shortening here), not about how you force the sex to happen against their will. There might be a slightly lesser problem because excessive violence can be a problem in its own right - no matter whether rape or not - but there is a problem.
As in the US however it is perfectly fine to depict a nuke bombing Tokyo, killing tens of millions, but this discrepancy is a completely different matter. Well, outside of Japan, for historical reasons Japan handles this very differently.
But yeah, stuff like that differs a lot between countries, and as a company which is situated in the US and only has to adhere to US laws, Patreon certainly looks at what other major countries do lest they lose a good share of their turnover for some small niche project.
OK, just to clarify: When I say "Incest porn" I mean:Incest in porn isn't forbidden here (and in real life only between a man and a woman) but some legislations seem to even have problems with step-incest according to some disclaimers I saw on porn I watched.
That we're talking about actors pretending is understood, otherwise the question of rape/incest porn would already include the actual criminal acts of rape/incest themselves.OK, just to clarify: When I say "Incest porn" I mean:
A man and a woman pretending to be brother and sister(dad/daughter,mother/son) having sex in a porn video. NOT real siblings having sex.
Just as when I say "Rape porn", I mean Two consenting adults where on pretend to rape the other in a porn video. Not a real rape captured on video.
In that case, I stand corrected. That we're talking about actors pretending is understood, otherwise the question of rape/incest porn would already include the actual criminal acts of rape/incest themselves.
But as I have shown above by citing the German criminal code, rape porn (i. e. actors acting out a fictional rape scene with hardcore pornographic elements) is illegal in Germany, and I am sure other places, too, and while I cannot cite a specific law from any country, I am pretty sure that incest porn is illegal somewhere, too. As I said, if you watch videos you will sometimes get disclaimers with a content warning and that you shouldn't if it is illegal in your jurisdiction. The reason for that is that you don't want to make people act out what they saw on TV, which is a thing that unfortunately happens.
That rape does happen in mainstream non-porn (but often nudity including) movies - like the critically acclaimed "The Accused" starring Jodie Foster - is true, however (a) it is not porn which makes legislation differ, and (b) they are usually not depicted to make people wank their dick, which also is a different story for many aspects.
Legislation in general can already be very different, with a sneered upon topic as porn it easily becomes more convoluted, then you have regions where you have very orthodox religious views (I am not sure but I think it was Lithuania, where clergy in porn is a problem - not outright forbidden but some stuff has to be made sure), and you have laws which seem completely off when you're from some other place, like Japan, with tentacles, loli and rape being a-ok, even in that combination, but please pixellate the genitalia. Or like the US, which has probably the most encompassing "free speech" laws for this kind of movies yet suddenly gets female nipple panic in places.
This might not be consistent, and what of that makes sense can be argued (i. e. many legislations, including Germany, also see drawings of children as child pornography) but the fact is that your assumption is wrong, these kinds of porn are illegal in major jurisdictions. Since you seem to be from the US: in the struggle between active freedoms (i. e. you can do what you want) and passive freedoms (i. e. you have the right to be left alone by others), the US is probably the country leaning most towards the active ones, whereas (almost?) every other country will curtail your active freedoms more to protect other people from you. Of course this is strongly oversimplified.
But TL;DR - this has a lot to do with legislation in many places.
this is an old save that is working.Unfortunatelly the saves do not work anymore. This seams at least in my case.
Hey, this is the internet, you can't do that. Can't you at least throw some insults around? In that case, I stand corrected.
