The MC is such a tremendous dweeb on her path. Girl just got diagnosed with a serious heart condition, just take her hand or put your arm around her or something, you arsehole.

Apart from the fact that the question what constitutes a "hard" fetish is pretty subjective, the story is about getting acquainted with stuff, not turning it up to 11. (Of course the meta is turned up to 11) Also, with multiple fetishes going on in parallel it is unlikely that somebody will get one specific completely satisfied.

I get what you mean. To be fair though, this site is open to all kinds of adult games, so pornographic scenes can only be a side thing. Like hardcore sex in an otherwise normal RPG like Mass Effect or similar - it would its place here.
