While I cannot imagine the MC willingly giving Lydia to another person (but who knows!), a swinging scene with AmRose is much more likely and in character.
Btw a swinging-like scene could happen on day 13 or 14 in Maria's path iirc: the MC may let Tyrrell fuck Maria, while he will have fun with Tyrrell's friend.

The only thing that matters on this site, is the rules this site have defined.
Our opinion may differ on what constitutes it, that doesn't alter the fact.
The site rule is what matters, not 101 opinions.

Stealing an LI is Netori. Doesn't actually count as NTR, under most people's definitions, certainly not under site definition.
Only Netorase (unwilling) and Netorare (willing) seem to gain the tag.
