Are you asking if Lyssa doesn't top MC until week 3 or whether are also scenes in week 3 where MC tops her as well?
I'll answer both, the first scene with Lyssa can see her pop MC's anal cherry (although he might also have had Polly's finger and/or Samiya's butt plug and/or strapon before then). On the date at her house, if you choose not to take Stacy or Oliver along then there is a scene where MC is the top but (if I've read the walkthrough correctly) this ends Oliver's route and prevents a Stacy sharing route

The moment the developers decided Lyssa would have the biggest D ingame i knew there was no reason to worry about that.
Hard to know for sure but i would say a lot. There is still four days on the week, if i am not mistaken, plus they have to add the endings for each route, the music and sound effects, also extra scenes with the Extended Edition.

It was deliberately disabled for the minigame but accidently left disabled afterwards, the dev team are looking into it but likely won't bother fixing it until the next update

I am not so sceptical here since most of the game might put some people off but since it is optional should roll with it. After all, there were multiple places to pull out, everybody who gets Lyssa's D truly deserves it and might be looking forward to it, everybody who could have been put off should by now be on a different route (no Lyssa, only bottom Lyssa).
