There is pregnancy in a few of the endings. It is not a central fetish, however, so if that's the only tag you're interested in then you probably should look for another game.

In fairness it was, it had the canon ending that carries over into their sequel S&M Studio. They announced the non-canon/what-if endings after the fact, and these endings don't have anything to do with S&M Studio, so you can look at all these DLC endings as fan-service.
