So i came back after a couple of updates and see you need the office job for gwen, but in my save file i dont see the option to join the office. I have maxed out adv IT skill. Can i only join before summer ends? Or am missing something else?

Yes, MC can't change job after the school starts.
If you know how to use console type these lines to change the part-time occupation:
SugarCube.State.active.variables.mc.occu[1] = 3
SugarCube.State.active.variables.mc.part = 0
SugarCube.Engine.show()

Can you be more specific about these "interactions"? Are they just pics and short lines of random girls at certain locations or actual interactions between the MC and one of the main girls where a choice can be made, not counting the actions the MC can choose like "Study with Erin," etc?
