I already beat the first miniboss and get the first part of the key. Do you mean there is another miniboss after that one? Do I need to be in winter? I'm currently in fall.

No that's the one. Once you kill the Wight you should get Scout's max affinity raised to 400. If you killed the Wight but her max affinity is still 300, that's a bug. Can you take a screenshot of her companion page ?

I was playing on patch 1.5 when I beat that boss, and what happens is that it's set her max aff from 200 to 300.

If you are talking about the screenshots in this thread, that filter hasnt existed for a long time. The screenshots on the itchio page are a better representation of the game as it is.

Extremely well-written game. Not a suggestion, but a thought: maybe there could be a place to find hints for initiating scenes and events you haven't seen yet?

Thank you for providing the save file. Was able to reproduce + fix the bug. It'll be fixed in the next hot fix i release (1.81).
As for the missing text, I'm really not sure what could cause that. My only guess is that is has something to do with the emulator, but I have seen some similar (but not identical) weirdness on slower machines so I will investigate - maybe the code could be a little tighter.

Glad you like the writing, thank you so much! Better tutorials / hints are on the roadmap and will absolutely be coming. They are a low priority during alpha because I'm just trying to get the core features added. Polish + more content will be the major focus once out of alpha.

You've met all the prerequisites, you just need to encounter the dryad again. You are almost there!

Hello Everyone!

Here is update 1.8 + hot fixes. Next update on itch.io will be in a few weeks, but the 1.9 update is already available on Patreon.

This new build focuses on Deedra, the more vocal aspect of Lucy's Fracture. She's unique among the companions in that she's more an aspect of Lucy than anything else, and so shares her scenes with Lucy as well.

All of Lucy's animated scenes have a 3rd variant now including Deedra, and there are 5 new events and a lot of new dialog as well. Also included are some new sound effects and a new music track!

Alpha 1.81 Patch Notes

• new companion: Deedra.
• Lucy's Fracture now has a voice of her own. After getting to know Lucy, if her Fracture raises too high, you may get an opportunity to become better acquainted.
• All of Lucy's sex scenes now have a 3rd variant that includes Deedra
• Multiple events surrounding Deedra
• New dialog with Deedra in the evenings
• You can now use a calming tonic outside of combat to remove fracture build-up from Lucy.

The effect has not been in the game for a long long time now, but the screenshots in the thread were not updated. The itchio page has some screens that are a better representation of how the game looks now. Or scroll up a couple posts, you can see some screens there too.
