The game is still 16+ and no more(not counting the futa skins).
No sex scenes, just the usual fnaf fake.

If this is the current situation why there are so many NSFW tags and no "no sex content" or whatever tag?
So, tldr- this game is a porn game with no porn planned for quite a long while because the maker says 'guys, porn scenes are hard to make! Let's wait a few months!'.
So. it's not a porn game.
it's a game with adult stuff planned to be added somewhere down the line. maybe. possibly. if it isn't abandoned cause the scenes are too hard.
I ain't even downloading to try, I'm already deeming this a failure.
