2.8e/1.5e/1.10e is the latest version I've seen, what was the last version? DLSite doesn't have it anymore.

Does anybody know which scenes are connected to the file "Pw05.swf" or "Sw02a.swf"? In the list of scenes, it's the 4th scene with blue borders. It's a great scene, but no matter what dialogue choices I make, I can't make it naturally progress to that part.
