From the mushroom biome head south and west, you should find a normal forested area, keep going towards west and south until you find a desert biome with some scorpion enemies, from there you can find some climbing vines to the northeast after crossing a wooden bridge, keep going that direction and you should find the save spot near the entrance of the inn.

I think you might need to go talk with the bartender mushroom first, on the northern part of the beehive. I can't read japanese but I think he tells you where to go look for the ingredient and that spawns the bee (also make sure you delivered the previous ingredient to the big cauldron first).

Changing language is a placeholder, it doesn´t work right now.
You need to put the game back to japanese. As mentioned, the game has no translation yet, so if you set the language to anything else, it will just give you blank boxes because there is no text to display.
