The Mods are just as guilty because as you mentioned they’ll let it pile on until it gets out of hand and just go after some and not all. Like people who get to constantly bring up NTR in non-NTR games. Those people are basically inciting these sort of reactions. I’ve even heard one of the say it’s amusing.
I'd say that's on the dev for not having a vision and letting the masses decide, it's the worst move one can make

It's happening on both sides. Is this really a news flash for everybody on this site? People are selfish assholes and want their thing in everything, especially on the internet. The mods would probably have to ban 3/4 of the site for it to stop.

I think devs should have f you attitude. By that i mean if he has a story for a game he stick with it and supporter should accept that. Because there's no way to please them all. Some want ntr other don't. Same goes for other fetishes( gay, sharing etc)

you never see it in games that were transparent about it from the beginning
What I see are games without ntr that by insisting that it has ntr the horde of ntr gets that fetish. And when those who were already playing complain about being added, the ntr horde lashes out at them, sending them to play something else. Why don't they do that and when they see a game without ntr instead of insisting that I have it, they just go to another game that does?

Fact is, the first release was with ntr already, that's the decision they made and were pushed to making it optional and eventually removing it

Never back down was one of those game 1st version had no ntr at all suddenly unavoidable ntr content was added and that thread became a cluster fuck.

Exactly, people who don't like NTR make a point of leaving comments to say they won't play. Why? Nobody cares. If the dev wants to make an game with NTR, it's for people who like NTR. These same guys fear the NTR boogeyman, as if NTR fans are lurking threads for vanilla/incest/harem games begging for meme BBC cuckolding or something. This is some incel shit man, let people enjoy the porn they want to enjoy, don't lobby on some mongolian basket-weaving forum for others to not get what they like. These mongs have no idea what the word "avoidable" means either. Why the fear? I've got no problems with guys enjoying their fantasies where their women are untouchable by all others, I even enjoy that myself from time to time.
Though not really against NTR love some of them honestly but when a Dev cave in to demands not because that is their vision the game would be ruined 100%. Lord of Imagination is one of the game that had huge potential but the dev cave in to demands to make two paths rather than their original plan.
That being said can't really hate the dev here since FOTM still features a lot of sex with the goddess Melinda though my expectation for this isn't really that high since the old game of the dev is much grindier than this and less rewarding.
But I get the point of the non NTR fans/old fans with all the grind for you to get Melinda suddenly the updates would be which guy gonna get fucked by Melinda next is really the worst feeling if you didn't expect NTR to suddenly be in the game.

Same here, I'll switch it up when vanilla gets boring and again when ntr gets boring. It's so limiting to just pick one and fight the other
