With an Rtx-3080, i7-10700K, and 32gb ram (3440x1440p), I’m getting 16fps during H-scenes and 25fps while walking. Lowering the settings doesn’t help, as the maximum I get is 19fps on H-scenes.

This is disappointing, as the game clearly needs optimization and a proper graphics setup. I supported the project out of curiosity and to see its potential, but with performance issues like this, I’m hesitant to continue supporting unless improvements are made...

Hi. I'm working on a gtx card and I know that there are fps drops near mirrors. I'm very sorry that this happened and some settings in my project don't work with rtx video cards and maybe with others. I did not expect that on Rtx-3080 cards possible fps below 120 in my game. I will look for what the problem is, but everything will be blind without the necessary card to test immediately.

Hello,
At Stephany scenes, I couldn't get higher than 19fps, while Adam scenes gave me around 33fps. I also tried turning off ray tracing, reflections, and shadow settings, but unfortunately, it didn’t make a difference.

That being said, there are noticeable optimization issues at WQHD resolution, regardless of whether settings are on Epic or Low. These issues are particularly evident during H-scenes with close-up cameras. As you mentioned, mirrors can cause problems, but based on my experience, I think it might also be related to shaders and ray tracing, especially on fluid objects like water effects and animations. These seem to significantly impact performance, particularly in scenes with flowing water, such as shower scene.

I understand that this game is very new. Initially, I assumed it had been in development for at least two years due to the high version number. However, as it’s still in its early stages, I can accept that optimizations are a work in progress.

On a positive note, the story and animations are good, and the robot and customization elements are very promising. If I criticize this in the context of a short development period and as a first public game, I would say this is very good. There are playable features, character backgrounds, and professionalism, which are quite good and promising. The hardcore dark side of the game (especially with Enigma) is absolutely awesome.

There are some negative points too: voices sound very robotic (but still better than nothing), and moans feel irrelevant to the scene. Pose-changing delays could be improved with smoother transitions (though the existing transition animations are very good). Character skins are very well done, but the genital area morphs feel like default models and could use a little more detail, or maybe customization options, or at least variation for each character. Lastly, idle animations and gaze feel a bit insufficient, but I believe you will take care of all this. Keep up the good work! (I should make this proper review , okay I'll :BootyTime:)

Also, how did you develop this game with a gtx card, man? Damn impressive! I can give you assist about testing but I'm not a game developer ..

Dev for the love of god optimize your game.
It's murder on any GPU.

first off. Remove any Raytracing, Lumen, Nanite, TAA and other Next-gen features if you can't optimize them for RTX cards.

second. Optimize your meshes, make sure there aren't any extra high poly meshes that are causing performance issues, remesh Zbrush meshes, use textures for patterns instead of mesh deformation, etc.

thirdly. Those realistic hairs are eating up a lot of memory and processing power, try trimming down the hair and cloth sims.

fourth. Optimize your lighting, if you have too many light sources they will hog GPU performance when trying to process reflections and shadows.

and lastly, add render scaling options. Either a flat render resolution slider, or upscalers like DLSS.

The developer creates a game on a GTX video card. He doesn't have money to buy RTX. No one even subscribes to the game. I think he'll find the problem over time. I also have a GTX, the game runs fine.

Hi, do you have an RTX card? I've been making changes to rtx related settings but no one has tested it yet.

You can download or anyone else who wants to and can test it on an RTX card

About optimization, the only thing that would give a fps boost is the complete removal of groom hair from the game and replacing them with model hair.

The number of light sources is not so much, and make them less the game will not be sufficiently illuminated and will look even worse. When testing the number of dynamic shadows * the number of active groom hairs on the scene = drops fps, in scenes with a mirror even twice lower due to double rendering. And that's with hair simulation turned off.

When I tested the game with upscalers the game just looks much worse and small fps gain on my card.

it doesn't run fine on RTX cards. Probably because he left the RTX features ON by default is what I meant.

Okay tested it on RTX 3060 Ti.
1733766525135.png 1733766559111.png
Windowed mode, lowest possible res.
barely 25fps. 99% GPU usage, 80*C+

Usually on RTX the biggest offenders are Lumen, Nanite, RayTracing, PathTracing, DLAA, Global Illumination, Shadows, Reflections.
if you don't have Lumen, Nanite, RT, PT, DLAA enabled, then it's likely Global, Shadows, Reflections.
If you can't find a way to fix any of this, don't stress too much it's not entirely your fault, you picked a heavy engine.

Unreal Engine is especially heavy on GPUs, it's infamous among the reddit "FuckTAA" community for it's poor engine optimizations that are hidden behind TAA and DLSS.
Even Nvidia went out of their way to Mod the UE5 code for their own personal use, and you know things are BAD when a Graphics Card manufacturer has to fix your homework (engine code).

On all maps I disabled Global Illumination, Shadows, Reflections which work on ray tracing. This changes the lighting in the locations. Without Global Illumination the hair shadows are bad. I need to find out if this will affect fps on RTX cards. If it gets better I will think how to improve lighting and hair with these settings.

I uploaded a new test build.

Thanks for your help.

Tested on RTX 3060 Ti.
Settings: Epic
Resolution: 1080p Native
FPS lock: 30
GPU: 60-70% 50~70*C

FPS lock: 60
GPU: 80-99% 70~80*C

Yup, now it runs perfectly fine. It revs up when there's more than 2 characters in a scene, I'm guessing it's the hair, but it's a lot better than before. Previously it couldn't run on Low and now it's on Epic.

screen with 3 chars:

Optimal settings for Quality+Performance:

GI on Low disables directional lighting from what I can see still, so on Medium you still have decent lighting.
Shadows on Medium disables most object shadows, on High+ it increases GPU usage by 20% or more, so I recommend keeping it on Medium if anyone has issues with FPS.

Merry Christmas to everyone! Anyone interested in playing Stephany story can get a special New Year's Eve tier on patreon at a discount.

1 Optimized graphics settings for RTX graphics cards.
2 Continued storyline for Adam.
3 New location “Cafe”.

Still working on optimization, in the next version in addition to continuation of Adam's story I will try to redo all player hairstyles (if there is enough time for everything). Groom hair greatly reduces performance.
