My question was: will it be able to choose a route where the brother/sister does not have sex with other characters (like a love route) or not? For me if I go on some kind of love route with the brother as the main character and the sister gets fucked (or the brother fucks when you consider the girl as the mc) by npc's, its NTR or cuckolding which I personally am very not into.
