I'd say Lust Epidemic, however I have hopes that the ladies in this don't have the facial expression like Butthead in a state of disgust while they're getting railed.

Honestly don't even mind if its a clone if the game is written and done well...just the character models, the gameplay, the game platform and the storyline (trapped in *somewhere*) just reminded of Lust Epidemic in just one glance. All power to the developer though, hope he/she can create a game as fun and great as Lust Epidemic if not better.
It looks like Lust Epidemic, but damn these graphics are beautiful, don't like to play demo versions though

So all in all 5min of gameplay, engrish and bad writing (not that I would care). The game also has basic animations that are a bit too blurry/low res for my taste.
HAHA.. this looks almost it, but I like these concepts of games.
