i dont understand the asking for an incest patch, did i miss something during my playthrough because i didn't get any vibes from any of the ladies or the story apart from the MC having an older sister which is non of them, so with what female do people think is supposedly his mom
looks nice and will see where it goes. just wish there where more flavor in women.

There isn't much need yet. First you need to introduce yourself to everyone there. So basically traverse the entire hotel from bottom to top. After that there is only 3 things to do:
- Go to the locker room, you'll find some lotion in one of the lockers. After that go to massage room for a scene with the maid.
- Go to the swimming pool to further chat with the cousins wife
- Go back to your room for a scene with the secretary.
