I was trying to see whether it's girls you, the player, cares about getting raped that triggers the feeling that a game is NTR or if it's something else. Like there's people that come to the conclusion that "this is NTR because it contains X, Y , and Z" and there's people who come to the conclusion something is NTR because someone/something other than MC fucked the girl the player cares about, rather than the MC.No. But there are endings where they get with the MC. And there are scenes with the MC. So I don't really get your point?
Because from what I can remember, half of those scenes occur in routes where you're in a timeline where you've never met the girls. The other half comes from bad ends because you either didn't complete the objectives the game gave you or half-assed exploration, in which case you canonically don't know or don't care enough about the girls that get raped, and you're just another survivor to them. I think some kind of relationship dynamic has to change as a result of rape or whatever for it to count as NTR. I've never seen any game or H-manga where someone is killed in the process of being raped, or immediately after getting raped, be tagged as NTR.
