The biggest problem I think, is how long it takes for a new update, measuring it up to the few content we get, plus the bugs that are always there. It's been two years already and Ravy's character barely changed. Very slow development. Actually disappointing, considering the potential this game has.
Either you did not going through all flashing events (showing regular, skimpy, no panties to laddy, old guy and prisoner) or you not bending over while cleaning city hall.
Next version most likely also unlocks doing "massages", which probably fetch you a lot more money. Then there's also the brothel, but I can't speculate on when that will open.

I presume all you have done with him thus far is show your panties to him in the restaurant and once in his office (after being told to report back to him).

There is a part that you have to flash the T Rep and you have to hold it for a long time to get it to continue so try that. it looks like the other event but do not stop holding the flash when the message stops.
Its as simple as it sounds one version displays de 2d image of the 2 main boys of the game while the "no boys" dont display them just your main character ravy (thats the version i use)
It should not get the abandoned tag just because you feel the development is slow.
