Jinora is more Toph's age and has the benefit of puberty (which holy fuck I feel sick just saying that).

Here is a sorted list of all the 'jump' labels currently in Four Elements Trainer (v0.8.3c) -- some of these will throw errors as the characters haven't been defined depending on where you are in the story. This can be worked around by assigning the error variable ("speaker X has not been defined") X = y (y is your player character). This makes the dialog look like it's coming from your character but gets around the undefined speaker error. Unsure of an easy way to preload all the dialog characters to skip this workaround.
