I really think he could do two more updates to finish the book, not just one, unless it's really big. Because there are a LOT of potential scenes and plot lines that he's set up, that I don't think he'll get to in just one book. But I don't fault him for wanting to move on.

Scenes like:
- Kya perving really hard and us setting up a threesome with her and Opal
- Katara finds out we are dating Jinora, gaining her approval, possible 3some
- Jinora finds out about Ikki possible 3 some, addressing the earlier conflict where Ikki felt over shadowed
- Korra's bathtub pic that she hinted at (more potion hijinx)

I will say this - the idea of breaking canon is not my favorite... like at all. I mean... Rule34 is always welcome when it's canon or when they're characters that don't have SO.
But on the other hand, I do love the story, although I only played till the end of the current version on the Love route.
I'm looking forward to the ending. But honestly, I am hoping that it's some sort of "Everyone wins" ending and not... A downer. I'm fine if it's "The timeline damage caused by your travel was undone, but you ended up with an amalgam of your lovers as a side effect" or something XD
I really enjoyed the story. Although I've never watched Korra, that part is new territory for me.
Great humor too.
edit: Who is the trap btw? Is it only on slave route?

Trap iirc is one of the watertribe twins from LoK, Desna and Eska, its only on slave route and u have the choice to view him as a trap or take a potion that makes him look like he has a pussy.

To be fair, it took years to make this game. That and the later seasons of RWBY are polished turds. They look way better, but the actual content is garbage. They killed one character three different times. It would probably be best to change some stuff than to keep everything the same. And I'm not just saying that because the character they killed three times was my favorite and I'm still salty about it.

I thought it was pretty obvious you were supposed to see her shadow if you did lewd things to her.

If I recall correctly you can see both variations of this scene with the gallery mode (a must imo). The dialogue is slighty different too.
