And I know it's been said already, but I don't think this update was worth the wait, especially considering the bugs and atrocious card game implementation.

That's because it's just a normal update, the wait was because the coder had a meltdown and took a 3-4 month vacation, not to make a giga update.

The amount of bugs in the update was pretty much on par with what you'd come to expect from most FET releases. Nothing out of the ordinary there imo. It's more that...

Yep -- only pointed out that code example you gave to show how the coder thinks. Even if the 'logic' he's using was the correct one, his zigzag list of godawful if/thens could have been mostly replaced by one neat recursive function instead of 400ish lines of fuck-all.

Edit: The coder doesn't understand basic coding principles. No wonder they've been on a 'stress' hiatus.

What? No... That was Jorina, a totally distinct OC in no way related to Tenzin. Jorina is so clearly not Jinora. There are absolutely no similarities in character motivations or design. Mity totally lied about the Jinora content, but you'd Pay some gosh-darn attention or you could get this game banned from Patreon!

So you are running v0.8.4a when v0.8.4b was released to fix bugs? Why?

Well if you got your heart set on staying in the past then here you go...

Just a heads up, the missing image and label code can be found in the previous version (8.3c) of the game, so you don't need to repurpose/jerry rig other items to fit in its place. I packaged it up and posted it a few days ago:

Of all the things to be disappointed about this update, the fact that MITY planned around the Jinora content with this Jorina shit is probably one of the lesser ones.

It's not the same. To sell Jinora as 18 is almost impossible with how they started the book. Maybe we get an older Jinora in the love route, I know I would like it.
And I know Toph had the same problems. But we didn't see her as involved with her family as with Jinora. Mity knows it's not satisfying.

It's totaly the same, Azula in the show is 14 and barely taller than Aang who is twelve and as you said, it's the same for Toph.

99% of Azula's character is dependent on her family (Ozai, Zuko and Ursa) so i don't see how Jinora is different.

i agree with you, the problem is that Jinora look youger than Azula and i quess its why Mity can have problems with patreon rules

I'm sure Patreon is not playing the games. Mity could surely hide that scenes without being noticed. Most Patrons i know "got caught" because of preview picture in the Patreon feed, not the actual game.
