Ah, I never said you were late. I in fact said there's absolutely nothing wrong with you or your work ethic, man. As I said on your own game's page, all the issues that folks fault you for is from those before you. Those you work with, on the other hand... I'm sure you saw Khan's post the other day and I (among others) felt he was unnecessarily hostile.I am never horribly late, maybe 10 days, like last release. Generally speaking, for me it's real life. I have a full time job in a very challenging field. Luckily, I have nice lulls that require nothing, so I can be full time on the game.
But if the dev has made more than a single release in a year, they aren't the worst!
And MITY is usually monthly or bi-monthly. He's often a bit late, but his coder is either having a breakdown or issues working and he told him to cool it for a while so people here are wigging because MITY's usually monthly or bi-monthly (that is to say every 2 months) has turned into three because of the coder's issues and then his forced vacation.
But yeah, that's my point: he's more frequent than more than a few devs on here, He's more frequent thank you, even. No offense intended. This ire is just so misplaced, there are so many devs that repeat "one more week, one more week, one more week, sorry sorry sorry almost done almost done almost done" for an entire 6 month stretch. MITY has gone over his normal timeframe, but he gave it to us straight: internal issues, delay due to coding mistakes, further delay while the coder recuperates. No "soon! next week! no, sorry, next week! sorry, week after!" MITY even took the time to do a Halloween release all on his own like he usually does. He drew it himself (because all the art is done it just needs coded in, so he had the time) then he coded it.
