I tested your game, here is some feedback:

I'm a fan of Zuko (and Sokka) but I don't see the reason to make him the mc of this game. But that's just my preference and doesn't belong to the feedback. Anybody who tries to make mods for FET can't do wrong in my book.

positive:
+++ the visit from a certain relative
+++ the visit from a shy person
+++ multiple reasonable story additions
+ no money grind (that's probably a triple + for most)

negative:
--- The text pacing is annoying. I understand you want the player to read the text in a certain way but a fixed pacing is always a bad idea in visual novels. Anyone who wants to read, will do so in his/her own speed.
-- The pacing of Katara's training. You tried to give a reasonable explanation and for a porn game it's probably good for most. But as someone who knows the series the "love on first sight", I don't really buy. Zuko is too much out of character and often behaves childish and renegade, which would somewhat fit for the slave route but not for love.
I get it's pretty hard to write a good story but you had a good thing going on with the shared past of both characters. Maybe expand on that. (Katara trusted Zuko for the first time when he told her of his scar in Ba Sing Se.)

neutral:
Not sure about the added sounds/music. Some are good, some are used too often imo.

I wasn't quite sure which Zuko we play and if he's the same when he's send away by the spirit. From his looks it's the "good" one but from some of his comments it's the restless one. Maybe flesh that out more.

Why is Zuko bad at hunting Moose Lions, he's using fire bending?

Btw., if you need certain art assets to make a scene worth, you could try your luck asking Marty directly. If he has time, and it's easy/fast to do, it's not unlikely he'll help you.

Hey, thanks for the feedback! I’ll definitely take what you said into account and apply it to the next build.

Seeing as it’s the first one, I didn’t expect it to be good or perfect or anything. It’s a proof of concept, and from here it can only get better if I improve what needs to be.

To briefly touch on the negatives and neutrals:

- Yeah, I added a loooot of pauses in the text to add ‘immersion’, but from what you’re saying, it didn’t pan out too well lol.

- The structure for the OG Book 1 was mostly kept in this build, hence the quick pacing. If need be though, it might be better to just try something totally different. I’ll have to think more on that.

- Noted. I’ll ease back on some of the sound effects.

- If Marty would do that, that’d be AWESOME. It’d especially help me a lot with the Ursa stuff, because she barely has anything. Right now I have to rely on her only Book 2 appearance and whatever other art pieces I can put together.

Yeah I uploaded some broken links early on that I had to sort out. Turns out the scripts.rpa was messing with it and running the original game. Try redownloading with the newer links up now. It should work.

Nah that’s fine. I’m trying to get genuine feedback here.

The problem with Ursa in FET is she only has one small scene with Zuko/Ozai, and barely any of her actual body is shown. So I’m working with breadcrumbs essentially. I kept the body to show her robes, but if I had to paint over Lin’s clothing (or whoever else’s), I could probably try and do that.

Yeah, it might be best to avoid using her body then. You can tell that she was just sort of copy pasted in. I think your best bet would be to shop out Azula's head from her body assets, take the heads off of the Ursa assets and isolate them to be put in place of the Azula heads. I get that you wanted to have her robes present but I don't think that's going to work out too well with the few angles you have to work with.

Ohh, do you mean the cheat that prevents you from grinding for money? Well, yes. I do intend to add ‘shortcuts’ like that to every Book, and give the player a choice. Some people like the grind, but some find it annoying. They can just choose which.

It’s only Book 1 out as of the first build, but I’m considering restructuring it and changing things around such as Zuko’s personality to better fit him, better manage the pacing of his and Katara’s relationship, among other things based on critiques received.

But getting back to your main question: yes I will add a no grinding cheat in the form of a choice to Book 2.

Just gotta add some animations, a moaning/lip biting facial expression or something, and this could be an entire scene

I tried to refrence the face pose off Lin then modified original Ursa one by cutting it a bit, redoing eyes lips and nose.

As for robes its again the same but i found Azula back somewhere in the files and modified it too.

dude, for book 2 if you want, you can do the one thing mity never did for some reason, giving us the chance to have pregnant ty-lee
