It should be based on the order of your party. It may be called formation or something.

nah I tried switching their places and nothing changed

Try going into the Key Items and using the Image Eraser. That item resets the currently displayed girl on the side and it could be that it just hasn't updated after changing formation.

100% avoidable, but you'll only get like 6 sex scenes over the whole 20-hour game. (They're repeatable, though.)

At the school map, im stuck after finding the storehouse card key, it says return to school then to train, but where? o only see the first and 2nd town only, im missing something?

Going to a different room didn't help, and this save is the only save that i have. This save have 15hr of playtime and i don't want to restart the game all over again.
