Yes, we can 100% is not love, falling to carnal desires while saying " mentally i love him but physically i love that other guy" it's the definition of cheating, and bullshit, love requires respect, trust and fidelity. ( in the least)
The fact that some people have their own definition of something doesn't make it right, for example, some trans people says that term " trap" is offensive to them and should be persecuted as hate for their own genere, but it's completely wrong, traps are based on males that Naturally show femmine qualities ( physically and mentally) instead of males.
Trans and traps have nothing in common, one it's the product of artificial work the other it's based on the natural presence of femmininity in a male individual ( hence the term "trap" because it's so natural you wouldn't expect it)
they're basing their allegation on the fact that they think that the term " trap" it's only based on "it looks female but it's male", but they just skip the " naturally" part, it's something natural and doesn't require effort to meet the minimum requirement to stay whitin the term's boundaries.
Traps are allowed to boost their femmininity with crossdressing and makeup, but to be a trap, you have to have naturally gifted femmine qualities ( but you also have a penis)
Another big requirement to fall whitin the " trap" requirement is that trap aren't ashamed of being males and identify as males traps, they also have 100% of their penis while trans people are trans because they don't wanna be males and they feel like they have been physically born in the wrong gender.
On the mental side of things a male trap isn't ashamed of being male and loves their penis as much as every other male does, they just happen to be born naturally more femmine, traps can crossdress or just dress normally, you can be a bisex or hetero trap, the only thing that the term " trap" dictates on this regard is that there has to be a natural/effortless femmininity in said individual to be categorized as such.
You are just naturally male but you look female, doesn't mean you hate being male or identify as female, you can actually do both, but traps don't deny or have a problem with their original/biological sex.
Trap also doesn't mean gay, since it's purely based on natural femmininity.
Traps can be gay, some are bisex others hetero and aren't ashamed of being what they are.
The fact that some trans people try to wrongly appropriated the term to stay relevant or ask for attention doesn't make them right or entitled to feel offended about it.

Harem isn't a product of love, it's rather based on sexual fantasy and romanticized lust.
The more partners you have ( within the same relation) the less true/meaningful it is/becomes ( one more it's enough to fall out of the "love" terminology.
Even if you would make an harem full of the same person ( one male and 10 identical copies of the same female) even wanting more copies of the same woman it would also mean falling out of the " love" term, cause that would be a decision/preference based on lust, the essence stays the same but you are just adding more meat, love it's a sentiment based on one's soul rather than carnal pleasure.
