Haven't played this in a while, but if memory serves, you'll probably miss most of the CGs if that's what you want to avoid. You basically can romance one of the two girls and have some vanilla scenes, but those scenes don't come up until later, and they are very few. Everything else has the girls either being forced because you lost a battle or did something that had obvious negative consequences, being in an unideal situation such as the MC asking the girls to sell themselves out in order to progress instead of choosing another option, or being in a corrupted mode after having too many scenes.
It doesn't really become NTR until the characters start expressing affection for each other, so for parts of the game, it's more of "do you sell out/give up your friends to progress the story?"

The truth is that if the story is good, I don't mind losing even 100% of the scenes (I have already done it in other games that I liked the story of as long as you avoided all the rape scenes, which were basically the only ones).
For the rest, if I can avoid prostitution, NTR, BDSM, rapes, all the better.

Is the fan translation or Kagura's better? And are both uncensored, or just the Kagura version?
Both are inevitably going to use the line "my hips are moving on their own" or such, who cares?
Kagura's appears to be better.
I only did short comparison but while fan translation is perfectly understandable, Kagura's appears to have more detail to it. For example when Selene/Serene is first meeting MC she is supposed to be rude (later referenced in game) but in fan translation it's kinda lost, she does not come across as rude. In Karuga's translation is is actually using curses and is clearly being rude.
I spotted one case where fan translation was off but it's something you only notice when comparing the two.
I also think that Kagura stepped up their game when comes to h-scenes and their translation is now on pair with fan one (in past they could be kinda dry).
Censorship - Kagura is proper uncensored (as far as source material was) while fan translation is decensored - blurred out mosaics + some corrections - overall less detail and some mosaics still noticeable here and there.
