That's awesome to hear. As far as any translation goes, i would rather wait until the game is finished (or at least the story is done.). Right now, it's constantly changing and expanding and it would just be cleaner to do it afterwards.

There is a bug that when quest hints Go to work and find Fransesco in the morning ,but worldmap doesnt display the workplace.

Act II main story is now complete. New dares. New scenes. First hospital trip.
V1.4 heavily focuses on clarity and navigation improvements.
Highlights (See main post for the full changelog):
Recommended: Start a new save for best experience (old saves might work, but no promises).

First of all, most of your questions will be answered by updating the game to v1.4. The questlog will have a hint system, the gallery will tell you exactly what to do to unluck every scene. And the UI feedback will be clearer on where to go, what to do,...
That being said, you unlock the general store by talking to Mom at home in the living room (usually around 20:00 in the evening). And ask her if she needs something.

The dev need to update the game's code. You can try adding these two strings to the top of home.rpy file, just after
default bed_dim = False and default bath_dim = False:default momtherapy_selfless = False
default momtherapy_possessive = FalseSo it looks something like this:
Keep in mind I haven't tested these as I don't have a save for this game, but they should eliminate the error at least.
