That's not on Fractured Veil, Ren'py 8 no longer supports win 7/8 because of python dependencies (since 3.11).

Sorry guys, the game engine itself stopped supporting windows 8 and below. You're asking me to maintain the game on 2 seperate game engines to support 7/8. I can't patch time itself, it's time for an upgrade i'm afraid.

The sandbox tag was enough to keep me from downloading it but there's other reasons as well it seems. And size don't mean shit. Simply use raw instead of webp and even just 120 renders will be 5GB+ if they are also 4k.

There is no way to save both.
In case you don't make a decision on your own, or you skip the quest, the game will assume you side with Elke. This is not the end of either Elke or Claire's character arc. But the world will react to the choice you've made.
For example (without spoiling anything), i've currently planned a route that will affect Mom's and Elke's arc if you pick Claire.
