If you're trying to keep a pregnant harem, the best I can suggest is setting a rule to move non-pregnant or early-pregnant slaves somewhere else and another to move sufficiently pregnant slaves in. To my knowledge, there's no way to keep one permanently and genuinely pregnant.
Just brute force it. Get a good club workforce and some fucktoys.
Push gender radicalism when you can to remove the penalty.

Mutilation and other extreme surgery can be turned off on new game start, and I think in options too.
Rape/coercion is part of the slavery package, and I don't know why you expect it to be optional in a game focused on it. Unless you mean something else. You can minimize it with your playstyle though.

Hmmm...seems everything works with the 3d models EXCEPT dicks. For some reason they are all mishapen and oversized. Even micro ones (that is to say, they don't exist. Smallest size is above average).
I find that in general the AI images don't handle androgynous or trans characters very well, in addition to penis issues. I generally have to just select whether I want it to generate a masculine or feminine image (I normally leave it blank until the latter because my GPU isn't great and generation takes a while) depending on when I think they've been feminised enough.
Here are some of the decent ones I got a while ago. If you look at the prompt metadata, you can see that it doesn't always match up.

Hooking ControlNet gives you more control over posing but makes generation slower. I've only ever bothered with it on my leaders or favourites. You can also use its IP Adapter feature to generate images with more consistent faces (e.g., images of the same girl in different outfits) but I don't know if that is built into Free Cities yet, if it ever will be.

Not sure if you're referring to the inbuilt 3D images or the AI generation, if the latter...
Don't know what your appetite is for messing around with the set up but the solution to this would be to:
- Download and add a LoRA from (e.g.) CivitAI for the thing that doesn't look good (e.g. penises)
- Add the activation for that LoRa <LoRa: xxxxxxx> to the Rules Assistant so it gets added for every male character
I haven't had lots of joy setting these up as how good it works depends on the check point but there is some fun stuff you can do - for instance there is a LoRA that draws the characters in the style of the Innocent Witches game, one that has been trained on Disney Princesses etc. etc.
I've done this with the tgirls_v4 LoRA. I find that it does a better job than the ones recommended in the set-up instructions.

What do you use to edit? I tried Notepad++ but the formatting was terrible.

I think notepad++ is pretty much the only choice for editting the compiled html file as it is just too big for most text editors. With FC because you can have the source code I recommend just getting a free project manager like intellij IDEA community edition, allows you to search the entire project and then after making the change just run compile again.

The formating IS terrible, but you can change how it's displayed and tweak the format in Notepad++. It's the Language tab. You can also play with Word wrapping.
Edit: What I am miffed is how the game pushes anal and you are FORCED to use anal chastity belt if you want to avoid it. They couldn't have just added a rule to forbid anal? Also, the setting that making playing female/futa annoying, because getting penetrated (as female) is ick, but fucking a guy in the ass is AOK. Fuck whomever thoght of that with a rusty halberd covered in lemon juice.

Agreed. There's a lore reason for it (penetration=domination, so it would be improper for a slave to penetrate her owner), but I should be able to play with my toys how I want.

I've been tinkering around with debug mode but still hasn't found these so-called hero siblings. Does it even exist or I'm just dumb?

I think there are only 8 (four pairs) so far, I haven't used debug mode but two of the slaves with grape nicknames are siblings for example.
