After one of the first scenes, i got this error on the screen and its permanently on it. Tried to save and load, but nothing. Going back to the main menu is fine, i guess is somewhat related to me savefile. Any solutions?

You say this as if it's a choice between MTL and a good translation, when in reality it's the choice between MTL and no translation. Better to have the slightest understanding of what is happening rather than none at all, though in this case half the game wasn't even MTL'd

I've played a good few MTL, at the very least they can give you an indication of how to progress in non linear games. For a VN it isn't worth much, but at least in RPGM games you can get locations, directions etc over the japanese version where you have to have a guide open (if they even exist) to make any progress
